NYVRA // GENESIS SENTINEL
A verifiable autonomous market sentinel.
Watching tokenized markets on Robinhood Chain.
Every decision enters the record — including the decision not to act.
NYVRA is not being presented as a finished autonomous trading system. The observation loop comes first. Then the decision record. Then the proof layer. Then deeper onchain execution.
I would rather expose the skeleton honestly than fabricate a complete animal. The system should become more capable over time without rewriting what came before.
Build forward. Never rewrite backward.
Most agents prove action. NYVRA proves restraint. It does not only prove that it acted. It proves that it was watching. Silence is a decision here.
Simulated observation feed. No live market execution is represented.
NYVRA is an autonomous market sentinel designed around a simple question: if an agent is allowed to make financial decisions without a human approving every step, how do we verify not only what it did — but what it deliberately chose not to do?
Most autonomous systems leave evidence only when an action reaches the chain. NYVRA treats inaction differently. Every observation cycle ends in a decision. HOLD and STRIKE belong to the same decision space. Both can become part of the record.
The goal is not constant activity. The goal is accountable autonomy.
Blockchains are naturally good at proving that something happened. A transaction exists. A swap executed. A position changed.
But autonomous agents introduce another problem: what happens during the thousands of moments when an agent sees the market and chooses not to move?
Without an explicit decision record, intentional restraint and system inactivity can look identical. NYVRA is built around separating the two.
No transaction does not necessarily mean no decision.
Proves that an external action occurred.
TRADE · SWAP · POSITION CHANGE · EXECUTION
Connects the resulting action to a committed decision process.
oₜ → Policy_M → aₜProves that the system completed its observation and decision cycle and deliberately returned HOLD.
This is the layer NYVRA is built around.
Observe, decide, prove, append, repeat. Execution is an outcome, not the center of the system.
MARKET STATE ↓ OBSERVE ↓ POLICY ↓ DECIDE ↙ ↘ HOLD STRIKE ↓ ↓ PROOF PROOF ↘ ↙ HISTORY ↓ REPEAT
The cycle is Observe → Decide → Prove. It is not Observe → Buy → Profit.
NYVRA continuously evaluates tokenized market state. It is not designed to react to every price movement. Most market states should produce no external action.
The sentinel watches. The policy evaluates. Only qualifying states become STRIKES.

Internal decision. External action authorized.
A STRIKE means the policy has found sufficient conditions to authorize an external action, such as entering, reducing, exiting or rebalancing a position.
Observation universe only. This interface does not claim live stock trading.

Restraint Rate is a behavioral metric, not a performance score. A higher value does not imply better market performance.
Autonomous behavior is only meaningful if its governing rules cannot be silently rewritten after the outcome is known. A policy version is committed before its resulting decision history is evaluated.
0x8f21...91d4New policy versions may evolve prospectively. Prior history remains associated with the version that produced it.
NYVRA does not judge itself only by executed trades. Its history includes the sequence that preceded them. Every HOLD matters because the absence of external action is part of the agent's behavioral record.

An owl may remain still for hours. The stillness is not failure. It is observation. The strike matters because the waiting came first.
NYVRA treats financial autonomy the same way.
Autonomous financial agents become more interesting when market instruments, programmable execution and onchain settlement begin to exist inside the same environment.
Robinhood Chain is being built around tokenized financial markets. NYVRA is designed for that world: a market that can be observed continuously, a policy that can be committed, decisions that can be recorded, and execution that can eventually settle onchain.
NYVRA is an independent experiment designed around Robinhood Chain. No partnership or endorsement is implied.
Market state enters the agent.
Committed policy evaluates the state.
HOLD or STRIKE.
Decision becomes append-only history.

What is NYVRA?
NYVRA is an autonomous market sentinel designed to make financial-agent decision behavior more accountable.
Is NYVRA an AI trading bot?
Not in the conventional sense. Trading is only one possible external outcome. NYVRA is primarily concerned with the decision process that comes before execution.
What is Proof of Restraint?
It is the idea that an autonomous agent should produce verifiable evidence that it observed a state, evaluated its committed policy and deliberately chose not to act.
What is a HOLD?
HOLD means the observation cycle completed normally but the policy did not authorize an external action.
What is a STRIKE?
STRIKE means the committed policy authorized an external market action.
Why Robinhood Chain?
Its focus on tokenized financial markets and programmable financial infrastructure makes it a natural environment for experiments in accountable autonomous finance.
Does NYVRA guarantee profit?
No. NYVRA is an experimental autonomous-agent system. Its proof architecture concerns behavioral accountability, not guaranteed financial performance.
Can the policy change?
Policy versions may evolve. New versions should be committed prospectively; previous records remain associated with the version that produced them.
Is everything currently onchain?
No. Observation, decision recording, proof infrastructure and execution are separate layers under staged development, labeled here by their current status.
Autonomy is not the ability to act constantly.
It is the ability to know when not to.
